Ordering & Payment

We ship through UPS within the United States and Canada. For special requests, international shipping can be arranged. Please check with your local authorities about duties and import taxes.

Please allow 3 days processing time before your order ships, pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Friday through Sunday will not be shipped until the following Monday. Holidays are considered weekends, and no orders will be processed on these days.

If any of the items in your order are out of stock, ScandyCandy will issue a refund for the items and remove them from your order.

If additional identification is needed for credit card authorization, ScandyCandy will contact you directly.

ScandyCandy uses UPS for all deliveries. We suggest not using a PO box as the package may not fit. Orders over $60 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States and Canada.

Regarding packaging, each candy type is packaged in individual bags that are sealed to guarantee optimal taste and quality.

WARNING: ScandyCandy strongly recommends avoiding ordering any of the chocolate products during the hot summer months.

ScandyCandy does not accept any returns on bulk candy purchased through our website. If you decide to refuse any shipments from ScandyCandy, you are responsible for both the original shipping costs incurred and the cost of returning the package to us.

ScandyCandy takes the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you are shopping on our website. ScandyCandy does not sell or share any information gathered from our website or from our stores. For the online shop to function, we need to ask for certain information such as name, shipping and billing information, phone number, email, and credit card information. Transactions on our site are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption, and our website does not store your credit card information.
